Returns

We have 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We aim to offer services that will benefit all our customers. We hope you are happy with every purchase you make. In certain circumstances, you may want to return some items. Don’t worry, you can apply for a return directly in the order management, please read our return policy below, we will do our best to assist you.

Returnable items conditons:

Items that can be returned/refunded within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

1. Items are in the original packing with tags

2. Items are in brand new condition: unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered.

3. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.

4. Items received in the incorrect size/color.

Additional information:

1. Items returned must be in a saleable condition.

2. Items returned must be unworn/unused with original tags and packaging.

3. Goods should be packaged so that both the item and the brand packaging (if applicable) are not damaged in transit. Aodek do not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit.

4. You are responsible for the return postage costs unless an item has arrived faulty or damaged.

5. We strongly recommend using a mail service (with insurance where appropriate for goods value), retaining proof of postage. Aodek do not accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

If an order is returned which does not meet these conditions, your return may be refused and returned to you or a reduced refund may be offered.

Damaged or faulty goods

If your order arrived damaged, or you’re having problems with a product you’ve bought, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will require an image or video showing the damage, fault or incorrect item received to be able to provide a solution. The most common solutions to resolving issues relating to damaged or faulty goods are:

   1. We may be able to provide a replacement.

   2. We may offer a discount to keep the goods with minor damage.

If we cannot replace the item, and you do not wish to accept a discount, you can cancel the order and return the goods for a full refund. We may be able to collect the goods or provide you with a free returns label. However, if we can’t collect the item or provide a free returns label, we will refund reasonable returns postage costs upon you providing a copy of your returns postage receipt.

Refusing delivery

If you refuse to accept delivery of all or part of your order (where the products or packaging do not appear to be damaged or defective) any fees and charges incurred by the retailer due to a package being refused may be deducted from your merchandise refund. The same will apply if the tracking states that delivery has been attempted and the item is awaiting collection from a postal depot, and that item is not collected and returned to the sender.

Refunds

1. You will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the goods back.

2. If we offered to collect the goods, you will be refunded within 30 days of canceling your contract.

3. You will receive an email once the products reach us and are accepted for return.

4. Refunds will be issued to the same means of payment initially used to purchase the goods.
